Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Mr. Patrice LEUMENI is a professional with a background in economics as well as specialization in Project Management, and Monitoring & Evaluation. His cumulative professional experience of over nine (9) years has allowed him to develop his skills in various areas which include Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation systems, Performance Monitoring Plans, Operational M&E plan, and Result Based Management. He has broad experience in the International Development industry as well as multi-government donor organizations such as the: The World Bank, USAID, AusAid, World Food Programs (WFP), Development Alternative Inc (DAI), African Development Bank (AfDB). Mr. Leumeni was selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants to by a USAID funded project to work as M&E Junior Associate where he provided support in the implementation of a resilient M&E system at the West and Central African Council for Research and Agricultural Development (CORAF) offices in Dakar (Senegal). CORAF is a regional organization that coordinates agricultural research in 22 countries in West and Central Africa. Furthermore, he was successfully Program Manager at NGO ADN-KAMNA (Niger), M&E Regional Consultant at CORAF Feed the Future/USAID Program (Senegal), M&E Specialist at Development Alternatives Inc (DAI) (Ghana), Regional M&E Specialist at the West and Central African Council Agricultural Research & Development (CORAF). Currently, he is the Monitoring Evaluation Learning Officer (MELO) at the African Ministers Council on Water (AMCOW). His main duties include Developing the MEL strategy and Result Based Management system as well as managing the Water and Sanitation Sector Monitoring (WASSMO). Mr. Patrice Leumeni holds 3 Masters degrees in the following areas: MA in Economics, MA in Evaluation of Policy Public, Programs and Development Project and MA in Innovation-Development-Society.
