He has over 15 years of experience across the private and public sector in the field of finance. Emmanuel has worked as an accountant with a World Bank-funded National Urban Water Sector Reform Project in Nigeria. He also worked as an assistant Chief Accountant at the City Central Group of Companies.

Fagade joined AMCOW in 2014 as a Project Accountant. Also, he has served as the Financial Accountant, and currently the Finance Officer-Reporting.

Bala M Taham is a pioneer staffer at AMCOW, with excellent financial and administrative technical skills and over 19 years’ experience with demonstrated success in financial management, administration, human resources, project management and procurement. He is a dynamic, and professional team player committed to the principles of integrity, reliability and accountable approach for effective decision making.
